By accessing or using MyJob.fit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MyJob.fit is an AI-assisted job matching platform. It helps job seekers build profiles, discover jobs, compute Fit Scores, generate tailored CVs and cover letters, and prepare applications. AI assists with matching and drafting; you remain responsible for reviewing and submitting every application.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
You may not create accounts for others, misrepresent your identity or experience, or use the Service for fraudulent applications.
Fit Scores and AI-generated documents are provided as assistance only. They are not guarantees of employment, interview, or any particular outcome.
AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving any AI-drafted CV, cover letter, or application before submission.
By using AI features, you confirm that the profile and CV data you provide is yours to use for this purpose.
You authorize us to transmit the application materials you approve (cover letter, tailored CV, and included profile fields) to the employer or job listing you choose.
You may withdraw an application before it is submitted; once submitted, the employer controls the process.
Application statuses (draft, submitted, reviewed, shortlisted, rejected, hired) are informational.
You may not: submit fraudulent or misleading applications; upload CVs or content you do not have the right to use; scrape, spam, or abuse the Service; attempt to manipulate Fit Scores or rankings; or use the Service for illegal activity.
MyJob.fit and its design, code, and content are owned by the Service operator. You retain all rights to your own profile, CV, and submitted content; you grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the most recent billing period.
We may update these Terms or change the Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
