How MyJob.fit works

1

Fit Scores

Every job gets a Fit Score from 0 to 100. It is weighted: skill match 40%, experience 25%, location 15%, salary 10%, and title/industry 10%. A score of 70+ is a strong match ("apply"), 50–69 is worth considering, and below 50 is probably not a good use of your time. The score is a guide, not a guarantee — the final decision is always yours and the employer’s.

2

Human review before submission

MyJob.fit never submits an application automatically. When you apply, the AI drafts your cover letter and tailors your CV — and you review, edit, and approve them before anything is sent. The application sits in "draft" until you explicitly submit it.

3

Your profile

Your profile powers your Fit Scores: skills (with proficiency levels), years of experience, location, desired salary range, relocation preference, and your CV. Keep it up to date — the quality of your matches depends on it.

4

Job discovery

You can import a job from any public job board by pasting its URL, or search the jobs we list. Imported jobs are saved to your account and can be scored like any other.

5

Application statuses

Applications move through: draft → submitted → reviewed → shortlisted → rejected → hired. You can track every application from your dashboard, and we notify you when a status changes.

6

Privacy

Employers only see what you submit with an application: your tailored CV, cover letter, and the profile fields you include. Your full profile and CV are never shared without an application.

7

Plans

The free tier includes 3 fit scores per month and manual applications. Pro ($9.99/month) unlocks unlimited fit scores, 5 tailored CVs per month, and unlimited cover letters.
