Account and profile data: your email address, name, and the profile fields you fill in — skills, experience, location, salary preferences, and your summary.
CV data: when you upload a CV, we store the file and extract its text to power Fit Scores, CV tailoring, and cover letter generation. You control what is shared with an employer through an application.
Job data: jobs you import from a URL are stored in your account, along with any Fit Scores you compute.
Application data: the cover letters, tailored CVs, and application details you prepare and submit.
Payment data: processed entirely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics of page visits.
To provide the service: match you with jobs, compute Fit Scores, tailor CVs, generate cover letters, and track applications.
To send transactional email: application confirmations, status updates, and account notices (via Resend).
AI processing: your profile, CV text, and job details are sent to our AI provider only to generate your tailored documents and scores. We do not train models on your data.
To prevent fraud: rate limiting and validation checks.
We never sell your personal data.
Contract performance: providing the job matching and application service you asked for.
Legitimate interest: operating the platform and preventing fraud.
Consent: for any optional marketing emails (which you can withdraw at any time).
Stripe: payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
Supabase: database and hosting of your account data (supabase.com/privacy).
Resend: transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy).
Vercel: web hosting (vercel.com/privacy).
AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic): used only for generating Fit Score explanations, tailored CVs, and cover letters on your request.
Your profile and applications are retained while your account is active.
You may delete your account and data at any time via [email protected].
CVs and generated documents are deleted when you delete them or your account.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise them, email [email protected]: we respond within 30 days.
The Service uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics without cross-site tracking. We do not use advertising cookies.
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
