MyJob.fit is an AI-assisted job matching platform. Build a profile and get a Fit Score (0–100) for every job, with AI-drafted tailored CVs and cover letters. You review everything before any application is submitted.
A Fit Score is a 0–100 estimate of how well you match a job. It is weighted: skill match 40%, experience 25%, location 15%, salary 10%, and title/industry 10%. You see the full breakdown — which skills match, which are missing, and why the score is what it is.
No. That is the point. The AI drafts your cover letter and tailors your CV, but the application stays in "draft" until you review, edit, and explicitly submit it. Nothing is ever sent without your approval.
